We are in Bocas del Toro, Panama and stuck here because of COVID 19. We planned to do the Eastern Caribbean but this pandemic came to change our plans, after 71 days of nowhere (check our coronavirus series, exile at sea) Panama was the only country that opened their borders to us. Margarida is right at home here even though there still are restrictions.
We are now waiting for the borders to open, to cross the Panama canal. The plan is to sail to Paracas, Peru to visit and explore this “poor man’s Galapagos” region before heading off to the Easter Island, Pitcairn Islands and then French Polynesia.
